Research Interests/Expertise

A key focus of my research and scholarship has been on inclusive practice and decolonisation and how the implementation of these approaches can lead to a better student experience and student outcomes. Underpinned by my equality, diversity and inclusion values I have championed this in my leadership of the PGCEE, PGCAP, Decolonising Ð԰ɵç̨ and through my contribution to the Race Equality Charter. I have shared this approach widely across the sector (see section 10). I focus much of my practice driving the dismantling of barriers and challenges students may face and how these can be addressed through pedagogical enhancement.
